Hi, I’m Awny from On Point Acupuncture

Awny is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Reiki Master, and the founder of On Point Acupuncture. Awny has dedicated nearly 30 years to studying and working in traditional healing arts. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in Integrative Holistic Health, she completed her four-year Master's Degree from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. She is licensed by the California Acupuncture Board and is a National Board-certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine.

Awny takes a holistic and individual approach to healing, creating a customized treatment plan for each patient based on their unique conditions and needs. She treats patients with a caring and compassionate touch, and her acupuncture technique is gentle, painless, and effective. Her goals in supporting health are not only for symptomatic relief but also to discover the root causes of imbalances, disharmonies, or illness by using a holistic and systematic approach to recovery, maintenance, and prevention. With a passion for continuously evolving her practice, Awny has integrated Functional Medicine into her work with over two years of study and ongoing mentorship training from The Kalish Institute of Functional Medicine.
